Hey you, superstar.

This Spring, Audrey took a 10 week ballet & tap combo class through the city.

Her class met weekly and in my (not-at-all-biased) opinion, she was the most poised.
And, a wonderful listener.

Audrey LOVES, loves to dance.
.
.

Her teacher awarded her "most darling dancer" at the last lesson before recital.

But, after a closer look at her certificate, it actually read "most daring dancer"....
So, I guess that means she wins both?

Yeah, that sounds right.

............................................................................................

I love this (giant) tiny dancer...

In June, many of Audrey's biggest fans (including mommy, daddy, Grandpa Steve, Aunt Esha, Grandpa Bill, Nana Bonnie, Jill and Stephanie) attended her first-ever dance recital.

Swoon.

Her team's tap performance to "what I like about you" was, well, something the crowd really, really liked.

When Audrey took the stage, I literally couldn't help but cry.
She was beautiful. A total star... So confident and happy.

She also had the biggest "big leap" ever.

She was just perfect.

I didn't want to miss a beat (literally), so sadly I didn't record her recital. But, lucky for you I'm not above piracy in this case so, here you have it... A ripped off copy of the best tap routine of all time.

You go, Audrey girl.
love, mommy
