Good Thoughts...

Last week I got a BIG bug from hell. 

I haven't been sick since before I was pregnant with Audrey, and it came on so suddenly, so violently. It completely destroyed me from about 8pm-4am last Monday evening, with hardcore attacks about every hour-and-a-half. By 3am, I was so dehydrated that I actually blacked out, and woke up in the hallway at Judy and Steve's house with my pointy diamond ring perfectly jammed into my face, leaving me with a black-eye just in time for our anniversary celebration.

Lovely. 

I just couldn't keep ANYTHING down. It was miserable.

I blamed the Stonehouse and their Ahi Salad, but was relieved that it wouldn't be contagious.

Or so I thought...

The next day it hit Steve {and his stomach of steal}.

Two days later- my mom.

The day after that- little Ian.

Two days later- Mato.

Today- Amy. 

SO SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hoping this is the end to a nightmare before Christmas viral attack on my family, and wishing Amy {and whoever could be next} a speedy recovery.

The Naughty List

We've all been there. 

Guilty.

You've peeked in your parent's closet. You've "accidentally" found a receipt. 

Maybe you're like me, and you've even unwrapped, 

then re-wrapped presents under the tree.

So sneaky!

But, we all have a similar story. We all cheat during Christmas. 

Eight days to go, and only her second Christmas ever...and, we're already cheating! 

Technically- we can't accuse Audrey for this one, but looks like Grandma and Grandpa H. Santa has come early.

It's been a nice week, but we miss you.

I swear- I've had the best intentions to text you more pictures.

For one reason or another, it just hasn't worked out. School, sleeping, driving, work...It's just been busy, and we're exhausted!

But, I know. No excuses.

I wouldn't accept them from you.

Apparently, according to her teachers, Audrey not only has the best hand-eye coordination in the class, but she's a real "Godzilla". While all the other kids are building towers of blocks and toys, Audrey is busy running, right through them, tormententing the entire class, teacher included, screaming.

Love her.

As usual, she's been her crafty self too.
